We are looking for staff for:

• Residential care day/evening/weekend
  The staff working day, evening, and weekend at Skogsgården work in teams with all professions at the workplace. We will work with joint planning in all departments.
• Short-term care day/evening/weekend
  Guests in the short-term care departments can come from the entire social services, which means there can be large variations in the guests' ages, illnesses, and needs for assistance. We must be prepared to receive individuals at short notice and with great variation. The staff working in the short-term care departments work in teams with all professions at the workplace.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant at Skogsgården, you are a contact person, which means you have a central role in the care and support around the resident/guest. The work is based on individual needs, implementation plans, and the organization's guidelines and goals. You assist the resident/guest with hygiene, medication, dressing/undressing, and social interaction. The nursing assistant's tasks also include administering medication, etc., by delegation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience working with individuals with cognitive impairments. We seek someone with personal maturity, flexibility, responsibility, and initiative in their work, as well as good collaboration skills and a positive attitude. You should have good knowledge of communicating, reading, and writing in Swedish. Personal competence is highly valued.

Permanent employment, full-time with the possibility of part-time. Start date by agreement.

Skogsgården is a care and nursing home located in Strömnäsbacken in Piteå municipality that opened in January/February 2025. The residence is situated in the new residential area of Strömnäsbacken, which is currently being developed and expanded.

The residence has 80 places distributed across 8 departments. 20 of the places are used as temporary accommodation, short-term places.
